Preventative Care
Regular screenings for cancers, like breast, colon, prostate, and cervical, are completed through your PCP. Your PCP will track vaccinations to make sure you are protected according to your risk factors.
Chronic Conditions
Chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, depression and anxiety, even HIV, can all be managed through your PCP.
Common Illnesses
Colds, flus, and minor injuries are managed by your PCP. Testing for strep throat, CoVID-19, Infuenza A/B, RSV, and more can be completed at your local clinic.
Coordination of Care
Your PCP will make sure you see the correct specialist and keep your health information in one place, as well as being your advocate in a complex system.

Treating infectious disease like Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C, as well as HIV.
Creating a comprehensive plan to treat Substance Use Disorder, including alcohol and opioid use.
