Securing Your Spot & Payment

You can book a traditional appointment at our office through our online scheduling service or by calling us at (614) 318-4144. Office visits can be billed through most insurance plans.

For off-site or after-hours concierge services, pricing is billed per person and includes travel and examination. We accept cash as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Includes travel and consult for one person during regular business hours — $150

  • Includes travel and consult for one person during evening or weekend hours — $200

  • Includes travel and consult for 2-4 people during regular business hours at your location — $100 per person

  • If your entire crew needs consults, workups, medications — $150/hr with 3 hour minimum

  • We are happy to provide lab services through LabCorp. If a venipuncture is needed, a $25 drawing fee is required.
